Ways The Devil Gets Bad Music In The Christian Home pt.2

 If you have not read pt.1 of this series, I would highly recommend reading that one first.

3. Disney Music

There are some music within Disney movies that a Christian should not listen to.

Remember, music is wrong in 3 ways.

A. The Lyrics

There are some disney songs that have bad lyrics. A Godly person should not listen to a song where the words are wicked.

Here is an example of bad lyrics in a Disney song entitled Hellfire:

“It’s not my fault… If in God’s plan, He made the devil so much stronger than a man.”

B. The Composition 

The composition of music is how a song is played. There are some Disney songs that are played in a worldly and sensual style. Beware of the composition in Disney songs.

C. Writer

Another way a song is wrong is by who writes it. Disney has had very many ungodly and wicked men to write their songs. For example, take the homosexual Elton John that wrote the songs to Lion King. A Christian should ask themselves which is more important: "Can You Feel The Love Tonight," or keeping separate from the world.

4. Jazzy Ambience Music

If you go on to Youtube,  you can find a lot of ambience videos used for studying and resting. They are very peaceful. Now a lot of these are fine but be careful of the ones that are very much jazzy in style.It could be opening the door to more wrong music. The devil would love to get jazz music in the Christian home under the label of ambience.
