Talking Football with ChatGPT

Image
lately, Ihave been fiddling with Chat-GPT, a AI engine. it has been very helpful in certain things. Today I will be asking questions about the Eagles and we  will see what Chat-GPT has to say! Who is starting at Cornerback? You're absolutely right to be concerned about the Eagles' second cornerback spot. With Darius Slay's departure, the team is looking to fill that void, and the competition is heating up. As of now, Kelee Ringo and Adoree' Jackson are the primary contenders for the starting role. Ringo, entering his third season, has shown promise but lacks extensive starting experience. Jackson, a seasoned veteran with eight years in the league, brings a wealth of experience to the table. However, some analysts question whether his performance has declined in recent seasons. What do you make of the edge position? The Eagles have undergone significant changes in their edge rusher lineup following the departures of Josh Sweat and Brandon Graham. However, the team ...

My Favorite Games!!

Image
When people hear (board games) they instantly think, BORING! Why is that the reason? Too much screen time. Screens provide rapid stimulation of interest and doesn't require thought. Americans age 8-18 spend an average of 6 hours on a screen a day. So more often than not, people think board games are boring and un-entertaining. When you brain is constantly being fed on these high-stimulated screens, sitting down for a slow-paced, mind-provoking game feels boring. Not because they are, but because we have trained our brain to need non-stop stimulation. In 2021, an article entitled,  Human Behavior  said kids with more screen time lose rapidly their, attention span, patience, self-directed play, and critical thinking. Kids with little screen time and given brain-building toys, were delighted to play a board game. Meanwhile the first group didn't want to play any boardgames and found them unentertaining.  So I'm simply saying that every once in a while, pull out ...

What I have Learned from the Rabbit Business.

Image
If you don't know already, I love breeding and selling rabbits. It has been super fun and in today's post, I will be talking about some of the things I have learned from the rabbit business! 1. Pick the breed If you plan on breeding, raising, and selling rabbits, you first start off by picking which breed you want. Do loads of research to find the breed that best's fit your area, cage space and colors. I chose Holland lops. They are relatively smaller and are the most docile rabbit breed out there. There is a good market in North Florida and they work for my set-up. 2. Buy Supplies Next go to your local Rural King and buy all the rabbit supplies. You want to find a bag of grain, timothy hay and a pet water bottle. Also think about buying food dishes, brush, and treats. You can find cages on Facebook Marketplace or just buy a wire cage at the store. I have connected wire cages that are hanged from the roof using heavy-duty wire. You also want to figure out whether you are ke...

7 Tips to Help You Stay Awake During Devotions

Image
Have you ever got up in the morning, grab your bible and found yourself slowly falling asleep? Your eyes get heavy and it is hard to even concentrate.  Lately I have been hearing about teens that struggle with staying awake in the early morning to do their devotions. And especially with summer, it can be even harder. Devotions are VITAL to the Christian and it can be so easy for the flesh to fall asleep or be really groggy in the morning.  So today I have 7 tips to help you stay awake and energized in the morning. 1. Set your Alarm! Having an alarm set allows your body to habitually wake up at a certain time. Setting an alarm and following it creates a regular system that is helpful to get you up in the morning. This creates order to our sleep system. 2. Have your clothes laid out! Before you got to bed at night, lay out your clothes, Bible etc. This creates organization that way when you get up you don' have to worry about finding all your stuff. this creates a pleasant order...

Choosing Joy over Happiness

Image
Have you ever had one of those days where you felt like everything around you was falling apart? Where things didn't go like you wanted or you are feeling discouraged or stressed. Usually we don't feel very happy. But here is the truth. Happiness isn't the goal, JOY is! Here is the main point I'm trying to say. JOY is a fruit of the spirit.   HAPPINESS is a fruit of the circumstance. Galatians 5:22   But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, Happiness is not bad to have. When things are going great and you feel good. Happiness is awesome. But it should not be what were pursuing. Because if we depend on happiness, when difficult circumstances come, Happiness subsides. With joy, its different. Joy is from the spirit and does not rely on the situation. We should be choosing joy because joy comes from God. So when your feeling low in a situation, seek Joy which God gives to those who ask!  Ecclesiastes 2:26...

Why Calvinism doesn't match the Bible

Image
Today a ever-increasing idea is that of Calvinism.  An idea that believes that God didn't die for everyone and that we are predestinated before the world. I believe that this is absolutely horrible. It is unbiblical and goes against all God is. Over the past year I have been interested on this subject. And the more I read about it, the more I am disgusted with this idea that God didn't die for everyone. But what does the Bible say about this topic?? 1. Calvinism Teaches Limited Atonement Calvinism claims that Jesus only died for the elect—a doctrine known as Limited Atonement. This means His death was not for all people, but only for those predestined to be saved. What the Bible says: John 3:16 – "For God so loved the world..." 1 John 2:2 – "And he is the propitiation for our sins: and not for ours only, but also for the sins of the whole world." Hebrews 2:9 – "...that he by the grace of God should taste death for every man." Scripture makes it cl...

Camp 2025!!!!!!

Image
Its crazy to think that camp 2025 has already happened. it was a AWESOME year. Like really awesome. We had 16 teenagers that went this year. We went to Oconee Baptist Camp. We were able to bring our shuttle bus this year and it was super cool driving that to the camp backgrounds. My favorite activity was obviously football. I was able to get 3 interceptions. The preaching was super good. The preachers were Terrell Hopkins, William Davis, and Justin Cooper. Some of my favorite messages were (King Killers) and ( Principle over pressure) The services were epic and I made some really good decisions. I'm so thankful we get to go to this camp every year and it has grown to be one of my favorite times of the year.   If you went with me to camp. Comment your favorite part.

Spotlight Player (Jalen Hurts!!!)

Image
Heading into the lonesome part of the offseason, I will be spotlighting some of the Eagles players and talking about their stats and cool stuff to boost your confidence in the Eagles. Starting off is Jalen Hurts. 1. He is a Super Bowl MVP and Champ! It is so cool that out of the most coveted thing in football, belongs to the Eagles. This is a category that Hurts beats EVERY other QB.   2. He has been to the playoffs all 4 years as a starter. A feat only 8 other QBS have. 6 of those QBs being hall of famers. You could argue its the team or whatever but 17/21 starting positions have changed over those 4 years. Something Josh Allen, Lamar Jackson, and Joe Burrow can't say! 3 . He set the record for most rushing TDs by a QB in a season. And while the Tush Push may help, it is still a pretty cool stat. 4. He had the fewest turnovers for starting quarterbacks in 2024. Hurts played over 660 snaps and only 8 turnovers!! You look at other elite QBs. As a sample, Patrick Mahomes ...

My Trumpet Recital

Image
On June the 6th, I was able to perform in a recital. Here's how it went. My family came and my Grammy. It was at a really fancy place called the Thomas Center. I played Turn Your Eyes Upon Jesus. I thought it went really well and the trumpet sound really went through the building well. This is my trumpet teacher Mr. Corey. He teaches really well and is always positive, he has really helped me with the trumpet. My sister Brenna, played alongside on the Piano. She did really good and it sounded great.  Mr. Corey also gave me this award for performing in the recital. I am really glad I did it. I also wanted to thank my mom for taking me to my lessons and always encouraging me.
