The 4 Types of Human Behavior and why you have to know them!!

 

Have you ever noticed the different personality types each of us have? Today I will be talking about 4 major ones from a book I was reading at the Library.

And after you read, comment which color you are. Spoiler! I'm red.

Red:

Red is a natural leader. They love to control everything. Some could say that they are rather on the bossy side but to them, they just like to be in control. Red will dominate conversations whether others are interested or not. But they do lead well and things will get accomplished under their rule. They love results and the end product and because of this, like to hurry up the process. They push others to their limits and cause others around them to work harder They can be quick to make decisions and are always on the go-go-go. Everything is a race to get accomplished because they love the finish. They have short attention spans because their focus is always shifting from thing to thing. They are rather selfish in their personality causing them to be rather arrogant. They love competition and the feeling of conquering. For them quick and easy is the best way to get results. They are ambitious, persuasive, strong willed, decisive, determined, and results oriented. These people will come across as having a short attention span and controlling but under these people is a personality that will drive you and their team to a speedy success and good results.

Yellow

Yellow is the definition of optimism. Everything in life to them is all happy days. They want to feel good and strive for pleasure. They always have a bright side mentality that easily gives them happiness and joy. people love to be around yellow because they are super happy and outgoing. Yellow has to have relationships in their life. They thrive when they can make their work fun. But their is a dark side to yellow. They almost never think about reality and rush into decisions only thinking about while it will work. This leaves yellow in a lot of failures and a hasty attitude that will cost them. They make many decisions they later regret. They never look at risks and can't take criticism. but Yellow enjoys life the good and the bad making them ideal to cheer up anyone. They love the journey despite whatever it will bring.

Green:

Green is very laidback and chill. They are not the biggest talkers but awesome listeners. They are very kind and considerate. They don't want to stand out but rather just be in the group. They are very tenderhearted and know just what to say to make others feel good. While some view them as introverts, they are very friendly when you get to know them and will remain very loyal. They are always giving to others and hate conflict. However, green is very indecisive. They take their time and sometimes procrastinate. They love being backstage and helping rather than having the spotlight. Green loves the little parts of life but those same small things of life will drive them crazy. Green is honest and predictable and would rather be the sidekick than the hero. They are loyal companions and easy-going.

Blue:

Blue takes pride in being thorough. They is all in on the small details and making sure every thing is just so. They are masters at analysis and accessing every decision with a unique preciseness. Blue is also gifted in leadership and loves  organization and high quality results. They never assume but take the effort to examine and be methodical. They are naturally perfectionists and want to lead because they see problems and can tell you how to fix them. They take their time making decisions and hate taking chances. They struggle to trust people though rather accomplishing their tasks by themself. However they are pessimists. But Blue views themselves as realists. They struggle to have joy and always look for the bad. Polar opposites from the positive energy of yellow. They might fix all the problems but will complain and be grumpy doing so. They are not easy going and don't have the need of good friends. They might actually love being loners. Just them and their neat and orderly tasks. They struggle with accepting people for who they are and not wanting to analyze and fix them. Overall, blue will get the job done right the first time, but will complain and be critical of everything around him. But everyone needs a blue in their life to help them be thorough in their choices.
